Rose Garden
Fragrant Rose Garden situated at Perivilly, Kozhikode Dt. Kerala St. has
been planting and taking care of many rarest of the rare veriety of Roses from all over India and many other countries of the world. Here we grow, in poly house, more than 2000 varity of Roses of six species like Hybrid teas, Floribundas, Shrub roses climbers polyanthas miniatures. The Rose flowers spreading the most enhancing frogrance is our highlights. Here we have flowers like fragrant cloud Rose, Fragrant plum Rose, Papa Meilland Rose… etc that have the size of about 8 inches and they do not shed petals for days.

Plant Nursery
More than 2000 variety of Rose budded plants of six species are available in our nursery. A limitted number of standard Rose budded plants are also available.

Farm Tourism and Farm Schooling Fragrant Rose garden and nursery can be visited on all days (except on Sunday’s and special holiday’s) between 7.30 am and 7 pm.

The visitors are given opportunity to study about Poly House Rose Farming. Wifi is allowed. Black Coffee and snacks are available in the garden. The groups visiting farm school are given classes to acquire knowledge of protected Poly House Farming, Building, Grafting and Layering. (Toilet

The Farm House of Native Cows
A wide variety of the rarest native cows such as Vechur, Kapila, Pongannur, Kasargod Kullan (Dwarf) are brought up and cared in the farm. The shortest native cow in the world is the real pride of the farm. Her name is Manikutty (breed : Vechur). She has given birth to a cow girl. The visitors of the farm house are given information about how to take care of the cows scientifically. Different rare milk products are available in the farm house. Dried and powdered dung of native cows can be bought from the farm in 1 kg, 1/2 kg, packets.
